Our story
Grounded in Punjab, built for the road.
Punjabi Runway Grill started with one idea: the food from home shouldn’t need a passport. Every order is made fresh, finished with hand-ground masalas and handed to you fast — because a food truck line moves quicker than airport security.
We’re a family-run crew cooking the recipes we grew up on, parked on Route 33 in Hamilton — a short taxi from Trenton’s runway.

02
Cooked when you order
Kulchas, bhature and pakora come off the heat for you, not for a warming tray.

03
Homemade desi ghee
Ask for it on any kulcha — the way it’s done in Amritsar.
